Most in-stock items generally ship within 1–2 business days. For products shipping directly from manufacturers, estimated processing times are listed on each product page. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you within 24 hours.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, cancellation is not guaranteed. Contact our Customer Support as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. Cancellation may incur a restocking fee of up to 50% for processing items back into stock. Custom or special order products are non-cancellable and non-returnable.

Order Modifications

Orders cannot always be modified after placement. Please contact us immediately for changes. Custom products are not modifiable.
