Restocking Fees
A restocking fee will be deducted from your return credit to cover processing, inspection, and reinventory costs.
- 25% restocking fee applies to orders delivered to commercial locations.
- 30% restocking fee applies to orders delivered to residential locations.
Returns for Commercial and Residential Customers
Most regularly stocked products may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided that:
- The product is unused
- The product is undamaged
- The product is in its original packaging
However, we cannot accept returns for:
- Consumable products
- Customizable or personalized products
- Certain Special Order items
- Products shipped directly from the manufacturer (Drop Ship Products)
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once all returned products are received and inspected.
If the original payment was made via:
- Wire transfer
- Check
- ACH
- Leasing agreement
or if we are unable to refund to the original payment method,
your refund will be issued as a Refund Credit.
Important:
- Shipping charges paid during checkout are non-refundable.
- Applicable restocking fees (25% or 30%) will be deducted from your refund.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for international returns.
Return requests for Special Order or Drop Ship Products must be approved by our Customer Support Team.

Returns for Consumable Products
For safety, quality, and hygiene reasons, KKL Deals Wholesale does not accept returns on consumable products.
This policy ensures that all customers receive products that are untampered with, safe to use, and within valid shelf life.
